In five thematic working groups by solving case studies and role-playing, through the methods of &#8220;design thinking&#8221;, &#8220;coaching&#8221; and &#8220;prototyping&#8221;, young people sought to solve various social problems such as the need for a cleaner environment, homeless animals, engaging the free time and opportunities for personal development and growth.<\/p>\n<p>In the second module, the students met with successful business representatives, including Mr. Angel Stanev, Tsvetomir Taslakov, Radina Tarakchieva and Ilina Ivanova, Boris Raev, and those working outside of Troyan &#8211; Adriana Mihailova, Petko Tsochev and Dimitar Dobrev &#8211; participated online.<\/p>\n<p>They shared their journey of growth and the difficult choices they made for their fulfillment. Among the practical advice given to young people facing career choices were to value hard work, to see every failure as a lesson to learn from, not to give up on difficulties but to try again and again, to look for like-minded people for their bold dreams, to learn foreign languages, to value freedom and what your native home gives you.<\/p>\n<p>The next project activity to come is the running of a campaign on social networks under the title &#8220;Living in Troyan is super cool!&#8221;, which aims to direct the focus of young people&#8217;s attention to the positives that our city offers
