Association Public COMPASS is a non-governmental organization, whose main goal is to develop, introduce, and steadily apply innovative models and formats to support people, in their stable integration into the labor market, lifelong learning, personal and professional growth, and encouragement of their participation in societal processes. Through its work and the experience of its members, the Association strives to explore, analyse, and represent the interests and needs of vulnerable people in Bulgaria. The Association has many years of experience in the realization of projects and initiatives for career guidance and consultation, strategic planning, providing access to information, services, and training, as well as inclusion in the social-economic life of people at risk of isolation and unemployment. Since its establishment, Public COMPASS has been working to build a partner network with the local authority of small settlements and human resources and business experts.

Association Public COMPASS carries out the following activities:

• identification and analysis of the living environment and development of people in Bulgaria, with a particular focus on professional realization.
• implementation of specialized training and behavioural training for personal and professional development, in support of successful integration into the labor market;
• individual work with the purpose of professional orientation and support in the development of personal endowments and talents;
• activities encouraging business and social entrepreneurship;
• arrangement of partnership programs between civil society and business and stimulation of corporate social responsibility;
• development of innovative tools for career orientation and business planning;
• arrangement of forums for meetings and cooperation between unemployed individuals and employers.
