Повечето хора асоциират екологията с проблеми като глобалното затопляне, замърсяване на въздуха и световния океан, свръх производството и редица други важни проблеми. Всичко това е от изключителна важност и е така, но в основата си тези проблеми са пряко свързани с нас хората и свръх консуматорския ни начин на живот. Възпитаването на осъзнатост по темата следва да съпътства нашето израстване още от детска възраст. В простите стъпки и избори в ежедневието ни трябва да е заложена мисълта за по-екологично съществуване и добруване. Да живееш по-зелено не е по-сложно или неприятно, напротив носи лична удовлетвореност и физическа полза. В тази връзка чрез проекта „От теб зависи“ ние бихме искали да достигнем до младите хора и да им помогнем да осъзнаят колко малко е нужно в ежедневието ни, за да подпомогнем природата и да допринесем за едно по екологично ориентирано общество.

Европейците произвеждат средно по 481 килограма общински отпадъци на човек за една година, като делът в България е средно 440 килограма. По този начин в момента има над 150 милиона тона пластмасови отпадъци от опаковки в моретата и океаните, а всяка година се емитират нови над 8 милиона тона пластмасови отпадъци.

Most people associate ecology with problems such as global warming, air and ocean pollution, overproduction and a number of other important problems. All this is of extreme importance and it is so, but basically these problems are directly related to us people and over the consumer our way of life. Raising awareness of the topic should accompany our growth since childhood. In the simple steps and choices in our daily life, the thought of more environmentally friendly existence and improvement should be embedded. To live greener is not more complicated or unpleasant, on the contrary, it brings personal satisfaction and physical benefit. In this regard, through the “Depends on you” project, we would like to reach young people and help them realize how little is needed in our daily lives to help nature and contribute to an ecologically oriented society.

Europeans produce an average of 481 kilograms of municipal waste per person per year, while Bulgaria’s share is an average of 440 kilograms. In this way, there are currently more than 150 million tons of plastic packaging waste in the seas and oceans, and every year more than 8 million tons of plastic waste are emitted.

Effective policies for retention and development of young people in Troyan

The team of the association “Public Compass” in the period August 20, 2022 – December 19, 2023, will implement the project “Effective policies for the retention and development of young people in Troyan”, BG05SFOP001-2.025-0222, under the Operational Program “Good Governance”, priority axis Effective and professional management in partnership with civil society and business, procedure Increasing civil participation in the processes of implementation and monitoring of policies and legislation.

The association’s partner in implementing the project is the Municipality of Troyan.

The main goal of the project is to activate civil participation in the processes of formulation, implementation and monitoring of local policies for retention, motivation and development of young people in Troyan municipality.

For its achievement, the following specific goals have been determined:

Creating conditions for the implementation of effective and transparent policies based on current needs and deficits by actively involving young people in decision-making processes and formulation of strategic instruments.
Creation of a favorable and encouraging environment for the retention, motivation and realization of young people in Troyan municipality through innovative approaches and partnership management of the local government, youth, NGOs and the business sector.
Increasing the capacity of the local authority of the municipality to plan and implement youth policies, by making recommendations and creating a mechanism for feedback from civil society.
Encouraging youth civic participation in policy implementation and monitoring processes, by organizing thematic forums to strengthen partnership governance.

The activities that will be carried out within the framework of the project are: analysis of the capacity for interaction with civil society and the legal framework; developing strategic tools and making recommendations to encourage citizen participation; development of an innovative mechanism for feedback, monitoring and evaluation; partnership and transparent management activities; and public awareness activities for civic participation.

The target group of the activities are representatives of the management of the Municipality of Troyan, experts and specialists responsible for youth activities, municipal councilors, youth non-governmental organizations and organizations working for the benefit of young people and young people themselves aged 15 to 29.

Maximum value of the project: BGN 56,146.72, of which BGN 47,724.71 allocated by the ESF and BGN 8,422.01 from national co-financing.

The project is implemented with the financial support of the Operational Program “Good Governance”, co-financed by the European Social Fund of the European Union.

In connection with the implementation of the project strategic documents were developed in support of youth policies in Troyan.

„ Влез в парка.Влезте в играта си “

Финансиран по Национална програма за младежта, № 13/066/ПЗ-036.

„Влез в парка. Step onto your game ” е проект за подобряване на околната среда в междублоковите райони на София. Идеята е провокирана от недостатъчната физическа активност на децата и младежите и дава възможност за съвместни занимания, забавления и общуване. С помощта на много доброволци, между септември 2013 г. и март 2014 г. изградихме първите в България масово настолни игри на открито. „Не се сърди, човече“, „Дама“ и „Змии и стълби“ оживяха с внушителни размери на асфалта, а пионките бяха сменени от самите участници. Много хора имат възможност да играят и да се забавляват по всяко време на следните места:

- Бик. „Христо Ботев“, район между ул. „Клокотница“. и ул. Струга.

- Бик. „Христо Ботев” – градинката пред Центъра по трансфузионна хематология;

- градинката до КАТ, ул. Лъчезар Станчев.

- градинката на ул. Чарлз Дарвин до бл.48.

- градината зад японското посолство.

Проектът включваше и създава книжка с детски игри за Особени дейности на открито и взаимодействието между децата. Книжката запознава с повече от 20 почти забравени игри, като „Доджбол“, „Поле“, „Пуща ми кърпичка“, „Страж и апащи“ и др.

“Enter the park. Enter your game”

“Enter the park. Step onto your game” is a project to improve the environment in inter-block areas of Sofia. The idea is provoked by the insufficient physical activity of children and young people and gives an opportunity for joint activities, fun and communication. With the help of many volunteers, between September 2013. and March 2014 we built the first mass outdoor board games in Bulgaria. “Don’t be sad, man”, “Dama” and “Snakes and stairs” came to life with impressive dimensions on the asphalt, and the pawns were changed by the participants themselves. Many people have the opportunity to play and have fun at any time in the following places:

The project included and created a children’s game book for special outdoor activities and interaction between children. The book introduces more than 20 almost forgotten games, such as “Dodgeball”, “Field”, “Puscha my handkerchief”, “Guards and Apaches” and others.

” Младежка академия за социална промяна “

Финансиран от Национална програма за младежта, № НПМ-127-П2/ 2014г.

Проектът „Младежка академия за социална промяна“ беше насочен към повишаване на капацитета на младите хора, тяхното гражданско, активно им участие в социалния, икономически и културен живот и развитие на техните лидерски качества. Основната цел беше свързана с гражданската активност на младите хора от област Пазарджик и мобилизиране на участието им в демократичните процеси и вземането на обществено-политически решения на местно ниво. През 2015 г. екипът на Сдружението за реализация теренно търси нуждите и интересите на над 250 младежи (на възраст 18-29 години) от общините Пазарджик, Батак, Белово, Брацигово, Велинград, Лесичово, Панагюрище, Пещера, Ракитово, Септември, и Стрелча. Въз основа на резултатите от проучването и изготвения анализ, ние определихме критерии за подбор на 50 младежи, които ще участват в Академия за социална промяна – младежите със силна мотивация да развият своите лидерски качества и да увеличат възможностите за увеличаване на средата на живота на общността.

Първият модул от програмата на Академията беше посветен на личностното израстване на потребителите и осъзнаването на техните силни страни и потенциал, както и да повиши вашата увереност и самочувствие. По време на втория модул младите хора се запознават със същността на демократичните процеси, силата на структурирания диалог, човешките права и възможностите за активно участие в процеса на вземане на решения и др. Накрая, разделени на три отбора, участниците стартираха планирането на инициативи, които имат за цел да илюстрират младежкото лидерство за подобряване на околната среда и качеството на живота на местно ниво. Участниците се обединиха около абсолютната реализация на една концепция – да се създаде неформална младежка група, която като резултат да бъде консултативен съвет в област Пазарджик, а на място в Младежкия дом в Пазарджик да се организират инициативи в подкрепа на други младежи от местната общност. С подкрепата на широки заинтересовани страни (местна власт, представители на НПО и бизнеса и др.) и благодарение на придобитите в Академията умения, участниците успешно реализират вашата идея.

“Младежки кариерни съветници”

Финансиран по Национална програма за младежта, № НПМ-021-П2-ТО4/2016.

В периода февруари 2016 г. – март 2017 г. се реализира проект „Младежки кариерни консултанти “ , насочен към изграждане на капацитет на младежите от община Пазарджик за предоставяне на кариерно ориентиране и използване на своите връстници. В град Велинград провежда обучение на 25 младежи, които се запознават с елементите на кариерния път, източниците на ориентиране и реализация, моделите за кариерно ориентиране и др. Основното постижение на обучението беше създадено на интерактивен продукт за подпомагане на работата им с връстници. Участниците получават задача в рамките на две седмици след края на обучителната програма да разработят концепция за интерактивни карти в подкрепа на информираността и кариерното ориентиране. Въз основа на получените знания и умения по време на обучението и с оглед на собствените си нужди и реалност в област Пазарджик те разработват тематично съдържание и дизайн на картите. След това отпечатахме 50 комплекта кариерни карти. Всеки комплект съдържа 32 интерактивни карти с текст и визуализация, като методът на работа с тях е подчинен на принципите на неформалното образование и учението чрез преживяване. Готовите карти бяха известни на младежките кариерни консултанти и други заинтересовани страни, за да работят с тях по време на теренните консултации с младежта.

“Young career counselors”

During February 2016 – March 2017 The “Youth Career Consultants” project is being implemented, aimed at building the capacity of young people from the Pazardzhik community to provide career guidance and use their peers. In the city of Velingrad, he conducts training for 25 young people, who familiarize themselves with the elements of the career path, sources of orientation and realization, models for career orientation, etc. The main learning achievement was created on an interactive product to support their work with peers. Participants are given the task within two weeks after the end of the training program to develop a concept for interactive maps to support awareness and career guidance. Based on the knowledge and skills gained during the training and in view of their own needs and reality in the Pazardzhik region, they develop the thematic content and design of the maps. Then we printed 50 sets of career cards. Each set contains 32 interactive cards with text and visualization, and the method of working with them is based on the principles of non-formal education and learning through experience. The ready-made maps were known to the youth career consultants and other interested parties, to work with them during the field consultations with the youth.

“Ръководство по предприемачество”

Финансиран от Национална програма за младежта, № НПМ-021-П2-ТО4/2019.

„ Наръчник по предприемачество “ се провежда в периода октомври 2019 г. – юли 2020 г. с цел да се развие проактивно предприемаческо мислене и мотивация за икономическа активност на младежите на възраст 15-19 години. В началото на проекта беше сформиран екип от млади бъдещи предприемачи, които бяха обучени да създават иновативни инструменти за специално на инициативността и креативното мислене сред техните връстници. Участниците участваха в практически лаборатории и създадоха с одобрението на треньорите 20 различни вида инструменти, които бяха внедрени в т.нар. Ръководство по предприемачество. Наръчникът е интерактивна карта с оригинален дизайн и въпроси, които следват определен логичен ред, така че младите предприемачи да могат да поставят и постигат целите си. След отпечатването на наръчника, доброволци го раздават на 500 младежи от гр. Варна, на срещата на открито, поради епидемиологичната обстановка, произтичаща от COVID-19. Последното преследване на проекта беше предприемачески маратон, в който се включват най-активните младежи и млади предприемачи от предходните проекти, които се разделиха на отбори и в състезателен формат разработени предприемачески идеи и планове за тяхната реализация.

“Young Academy for Social Change”

The project “Youth Academy for Social Change” was aimed at increasing the capacity of young people, their civic, active participation in social, economic and cultural life and the development of their leadership qualities. The main goal was related to the civic activity of young people from the Pazardzhik region and mobilizing their participation in democratic processes and making public-political decisions at the local level. In 2015 The team of the Association for Realization is field-searching for the needs and interests of over 250 young people (aged 18-29) from the municipalities of Pazardzhik, Batak, Belovo, Bratsigovo, Velingrad, Lesichovo, Panagyurishche, Peschera, Rakitovo, Septemvri, and Strelcha. Based on the results of the survey and the analysis, we determined criteria for the selection of 50 young people who are still participating in the Academy for Social Change – young people with a strong motivation to develop their leadership qualities and increase the opportunities to increase the environment of the community.

The first module of the Academy program was devoted to the personal growth of users and the awareness of their strengths and potential, as well as to increase your confidence and self-esteem. During the second module, young people become familiar with the essence of democratic processes, the strength of structured dialogue, human rights and opportunities for active participation in the decision-making process, etc. Finally, divided into three teams, the participants started planning initiatives that aim to illustrate youth leadership to improve the environment and quality of life locally. The participants united around the absolute realization of one concept – to create an informal youth group, which as a result will be a consultative council in the Pazardzhik region, and to organize initiatives to support other young people from the local community at the Youth House in Pazardzhik. With the support of broad stakeholders (local government, NGO and business representatives, etc.) and thanks to the skills acquired at the Academy, the participants will successfully implement your idea.

„Живот без агресия !“

Финансиран от Националната програма за изпълнение на младежки дейности по чл. 10а от Закона за хазарта от 2018 г. № НПИМД-041-НЗ/2018 г.

Проектът „Живот без агресия” беше насочен към ефективна превенция на проявите на агресия и насилие сред младите хора, насърчаване на здравословен начин на живот и изграждане на мотивация за физическа активност и спорт. Чрез обучение и специализирана подготовка превърнахме 20 младежи от София в делегати на социално отговорното поведение. С неформално образование и методи на учене чрез преживяване делегатите са придобили знания и умения да въздействат на своите връстници за предотвратяване на агресията и създаване на условия за здравословен живот. За да умножат ефекта от наученото, делегатите организираха 4 информационни кампании на територията на област Ловеч, в които се включиха 70 младежи. През периода на изпълнение на проекта (май 2018 г. – октомври 2018 г.) бяха създадени и разпространени различни информационни материали (включително „Алманах за работата на младежките делегати“), в които обобщихме препоръки за насърчаване на здравословни навици сред младите хора и техники за превенция на рисковото поведение.

“Life without aggression!”

Financed by the National Program for the Implementation of Youth Activities under Article 10а от Закона за хазарта от 2018 г. № НПИМД-041-НЗ/2018 г.

The “Life without aggression” project was aimed at effective prevention of aggression and violence among young people, promoting a healthy lifestyle and building motivation for physical activity and sports. Through training and specialized training, we turned 20 young people from Sofia into delegates of socially responsible behavior. With informal education and experiential learning methods, delegates have acquired knowledge and skills to influence their peers to prevent aggression and create conditions for healthy life. To multiply the effect of what they learned, the delegates organized 4 information campaigns on the territory of Lovech region, in which 70 young people participated. During the project implementation period (May 2018 – October 2018) various informational materials were created and distributed (including “Almanacs for the work of youth delegates”), in which we summarized recommendations for promoting healthy habits among young people and techniques for the prevention of risky behavior.

„Заедно срещу агресията“

Финансиран от Националната програма за изпълнение на младежки дейности по чл. 10а от Закона за хазарта от 2018 г. № НПИМД-041-НЗ/2018.

Проектът „Заедно срещу агресията” бе своеобразно надграждане на усилията на Сдружение „Обществен компас” за създаване на условия за безопасен и независим живот на младите хора и изграждане на умения за разпознаване на рисковите фактори. Дейностите по проекта включваха 4-дневно интерактивно обучение чрез неформални образователни методи. В обучението участваха 20 младежи от гр. София на възраст 24-29 години, които чрез изпитание и опит придобиха трайни знания, умения и ориентиране за създаване на условия за изграждане на социално отговорно поведение и превенция на агресията сред връстниците си. Обучението беше насочено към насърчаване на толерантно поведение във всичките му форми, включително онлайн, и изграждане на мотивация за приемане на различията. Обучените младежи станаха посланици на проекта и проведоха специализирани форуми за създаване на доброволчески екипи в градовете Ловеч, Троян, Велинград и Банско, които мултиплицираха посланията на кампанията и разпространяваха създадените за целта информационни материали. Така наречената създадена мрежа от младежи повлия на близо 5000 техни връстници, като ги запозна с последствията от агресивното поведение, методите за превенция и ползите от практикуването на спорт на открито.

“Together against aggression”

The project “Together against aggression” was in its own way an extension of the efforts of the Association “Public Compass” to create conditions for a safe and independent life for young people and build skills for recognizing risk factors. Project activities included 4-day interactive training through non-formal educational methods. 20 young people from the city participated in the training. Sofia, aged 24-29 years, who through trial and experience have acquired permanent knowledge, skills and orientation to create conditions for building socially responsible behavior and prevention of aggression among their peers. The training was aimed at promoting tolerant behavior in all its forms, including online, and building motivation to accept differences. The trained youth became ambassadors of the project and held specialized forums to create volunteer teams in the cities of Lovech, Troyan, Velingrad and Bansko, which multiplied the messages of the campaign and distributed the information materials created for the purpose. The so-called network created by young people influenced nearly 5000 of their peers, introducing them to the consequences of aggressive behavior, prevention methods and the benefits of practicing outdoor sports.
