Multiplier one day national sport event “BEFIT” in Greece
On 20th of May a multiplier event was held in Komotini, Greece. The EUFIT project /622998 – EPP-1-2020-1-BG-SPO-SCP/ is a collaboration of 5 partnering organizations Bulgaria, Greece, Slovakia, Slovenia and Croatia.
The event was visited by more than 50 participants representing different institutions, including university students, sport clubs, national sport organizations, university teachers, coaches and trainers, company representatives and employees focused on developing a healthy lifestyle and active way of life.
The main goal of EUFIT project is to promote physical activity and its importance to a broad target group of people. It encourages and promotes methods for exercising even in front of the computer or indoors, as part of the busy working day and promotes physical activity and a healthy lifestyle despite all the obstacles. We are happy that we had a chance to share information about the training methodology!
