In connection with the implementation of the project “Effective policies for retention and development of young people in Troyan”, contract BG05SFOP001-2.025-0222-С01/19.08.2022, financed under the Operational Program “Good Governance”, which Association “Public Compass” implemented in partnership with the municipality of Troyan, we invite interested participants to send an offer for conducting a specialized survey of the current attitudes, needs and expectations of the youth community from the municipality of Troyan.
If the activity is of interest to you, please send us an offer that includes the following services:
- Research of regulatory documents of Troyan municipality (Desk research) – 1 pc.
- 8 thematic focus groups with the participation of at least 10 representatives of the target groups and interested parties (distributed by different characteristics);
- Online survey to the target groups – min. 120 surveys filled out by young people and min. 30 surveys filled out by business representatives;
- Conducted in-depth and field interviews with young people – min. 30;
- Study of the existing resources and opportunities for the detention of young people in the city of Troyan;
- Survey among representatives of the business and tourism industry, as well as representatives of civil society in Troyan;
- Preparation of the following analytical reports showing trends, public attitudes, areas for intervention and deficits in local governance:
- “Analysis of the capacity of local administration bodies to work with the civil sector in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of policies in the field of youth detention, motivation and development”
- “Analysis of the capacity of the civil sector to work with local authorities in the formulation, implementation and monitoring of policies”

Maximum price of the offer BGN 8,000 including VAT. The criterion for evaluating offers is the lowest offered price.
