Project name: Athletes Beyond Sport: Building Bridges for Dual Career Success

The partner organisations of the ABS project have started their joint work to support athletes in planning their professional future beyond sport.
During the first stage of the project, the consortium focused on coordination, division of responsibilities and planning of the main project activities. The partners bring together experience in sport, education, digital innovation, career guidance and social development.
This cooperation is essential for creating tools that are practical, accessible and relevant to the real needs of athletes. The ABS partnership will work on digital materials, practical guides, video content and the development of the AthletesAI Compass Platform — an innovative tool that will provide AI-supported career guidance.
By combining knowledge from different countries and sectors, the project aims to build bridges between sport, education and employment.
