Going forward we definitely should rethink how many hours we spend sitting every day.
Whether it’s time spent working (in the office, school, or home), driving, eating, or watching TV, the impacts of our sedentary lifestyles, often referred to as “sitting disease”.
The main goal of “EUFIT” is to promote physical activity and its importance to a broad target group of people. The project will encourage and promote methods for exercising even in front of the computer or indoors, as part of the busy working day and promote physical activity and a healthy lifestyle despite all the obstacles.
